The last class day of the semester is the final opportunity to request an OTE and submit a Fall 2025 graduation application.

The deadline to request a One-Time Exception (OTE) Q drop is Monday, April 27th by 11:59pm (Central). Beginning Fall 2011, the University implemented a One-Time Exception (OTE) policy to initiate a Q drop or withdrawal from all classes after the normal University deadline. The OTE can only be used once in a student's undergraduate college career. Students should consult their assigned academic advisor to discuss the impacts of using their OTE.
