Last Class Day

The deadline to request a One-Time Exception (OTE) Q drop  is Monday, December 8th by 11:59pm (CST). Beginning Fall 2011, the University implemented a One-Time Exception (OTE) policy to initiate a Q drop or withdrawal from all classes after the normal University deadline. The OTE can only be used once in a student's undergraduate college career. Students should consult their assigned academic advisor to discuss the impacts of using their OTE. Students completing their CNS degree in Fall 2025 should submit a CNS graduation application by Monday, December 8th. Students can contact their assigned academic advisor for more information about finishing their degree requirements and the graduation process.
